Produced in Northern Apulia from Peranzana olives, Muraglia olive oil is cold-pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure and balance. The result is a robust, medium-fruity green oil whose peppery flavor offers notes of artichoke and fennel. Enjoy it in vinaigrettes, soups and sauces, or drizzled over pasta, grilled meat, chicken and seafood.
Coolors was born as a development that evolves out of rather than replacing our terracotta jars. It is a collection created in glass and inspired by the world of fashion, comprising a range of refined and light glass bottles – a veritable explosion of taste and colours, each one a unique limited edition collectible.
